Orders for in-stock items will be delivered within 48 hours from placing your order (Excluding Fri-Sun and Bank Holidays). Direct ship items are subject to extended lead times. We offer free delivery on all orders over £60 to all UK Mainland addresses. Orders below £60 will be charged £6.99. Additional charges can apply to non-UK Mainland locations due to higher delivery costs.

First Aid Warehouse reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 15% handling charge for all consignments delivered to customers, which are refused without reasonable cause.

First Aid Warehouse is under no liability to accept any goods for return e.g surplus stock, ordering errors, but where it is agreed in writing, the return must be arranged at the customer’s expense. Returns will only be accepted back with a written authorisation form (GRA) available from First Aid Warehouse Customer Service team. All goods must be returned in the original condition, the original packaging, and must be in re-saleable condition. A credit will not be issued for returned product not fit for re-sale.

A refund will be issued for the goods only. We do not refund the cost of shipping the product to you.

Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery. The property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the invoice has been paid in full.

Claims for damages, shortages or deficiency must be notified within 3 working days from receipt of goods.

The buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including the delivery charge ONLY where First Aid Warehouse is at fault).

Yes, VAT invoices are created with every order. Please log into your account and you can view, and download them from there.

The Manufacture Date is not featured on most Eye Wash bottles or Pods.
